One Pull-up Per Hour

It’s my rest day today, and I thought I would be able to do at least a quick 7 minute workout regardless… Guess I was wrong.

So while I’m having a busy day at work, I decided that every hour I would at least do one-pull up. I may or may not see results, but doings pull-up allows me to create more energy and keep awake. 

What do you do on your rest days?
