I haven’t posted in a while, and due to my lack of consistency I decided to stop being a coach for BeachBody. Even though I had 92 customers underneath of me, I wasn’t really engaging with them which made me lose them eventually. For the past two weeks, I have injured my calf while playing basketball. It’s all ready been a while since the incident, and I have yet to completely heal. I was debating whether I should either do a water fast or what. I tried to use crutches but then I became afraid of my muscles in my left leg shrinking from not using it.
So I decided to look into body weight training and decided to use YAYOG to slowly recover my muscles back to normal.
