Body Beast Day 19: Build Back & Biceps

I finally finished day 19 of Body Beast…

I’ve actually been consistent so far regardless of what weights I have been using. Let me tell you that the only weights I have currently is a 1lb, 8lb, 10lb, 15lb, and 30lb. I don’t actually have money to invest in heavier weights at the moment and I have been using a stability ball instead of using a bench.

Personally, I feel like I’ve come a long way when it comes to working out. I feel like I’m a little more confident than before, and I can’t wait to see the progress I make in the upcoming months. If you feel ashamed because you aren’t lifting heavier, please don’t.

I’ve learned that the only person you should really be worried about is yourself. Maybe you can’t do 50lbs or 60lbs or whatever it may be. The point is to consistently push yourself and strive to keep going.
